Authorities Tuesday circulated a photo of a 69-year-old man who suffers from “forgetfulness and a bad memory,” and went missing in Rosemead.
Ramon Vasquez Levya was last seen Friday about 9:30 a.m. on Garvey Avenue between Del Mar Avenue and San Gabriel Boulevard, according to Deputy Juanita Navarro-Suarez of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Levya is described as Hispanic, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown eyes, short white hair and a mustache, Navarro-Suarez said. He was last seen wearing a black sweater and black sweatpants with a white strip.
Anyone with information about Levya’s whereabouts were encouraged to call the sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit Detective Abraham at 323-890-5500. Those wishing to report anonymously can call 800-222-TIPS or visit lacrimestoppers.org.
