LAPD investigating double fatal shooting at Dodgers celebration in Sylmar

Two people were fatally shot during an outdoor celebration in Sylmar after the Dodgers’ World Series win Tuesday night, spurring calls from the LAPD for the public’s help in identifying suspects.
