Everything about voting in L.A. is about to change. If it goes wrong, he’ll get the blame

Starting next spring, some 5.2 million Angelenos will change the way they vote. If the plan goes awry — either in the earlier-than-normal primary in March, or in the November election, which will determine whether Donald Trump gets re-elected president — blame will likely fall on Dean Logan, Los Angeles County’s registrar-recorder and clerk.
