Man With Down Syndrome, 58, Missing Near South Los Angeles

A search was continuing Saturday for a 58-year-old man with Down syndrome who went missing from the unincorporated West Athens area of Los Angeles County near South Los Angeles.

Primativo Noble was last seen about 5 p.m. Friday at his home in the 1500 block of 127th Street, near Halldale Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Noble is Hispanic, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds with short gray hair and brown eyes and a chipped upper front tooth. He was last seen wearing a navy blue shirt, dark pants and black shoes and also goes by the nickname “Pim Pim,” according to the sheriff’s department.

Anyone with information on Noble’s whereabouts was asked to call the sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
