Judge bars release of video of deadly shooting at Costco by off-duty LAPD officer

Judge Eric Keen ruled that releasing video of the shooting of a Riverside man with an intellectual disability inside a Costco by an off-duty LAPD officer would interfere with an ongoing criminal investigation of the case. The Times requested a copy of surveillance video from inside the store in late June.
