Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle in Pacific Palisades, Portion of PCH Closed

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and injured in Pacific Palisades Saturday morning and the driver stayed at the scene.

The crash happened near the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Entrada Drive at 2 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The victim was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.

The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation, police said.

Pacific Coast Highway was shut down in both directions at Entrada Drive while LAPD West Traffic Division investigated the crash.

The age and name of the victim was not disclosed.

No arrest was reported.
