Defendants in deadly Ghost Ship fire ‘criminally negligent,’ prosecutors say

Prosecutors told jurors that two men charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the Oakland warehouse fire that killed 36 people disregarded the safety of others when they illegally converted the building into a live-work space.
