A man was forced to get out of an ambulance despite paramedics insisting he needed to go with them to the ER. The cop signed the refusal of service on behalf of the patient then forced him to take a field sobriety test despite being injured. Officer then took the man to jail instead of a hospital despite the man complaining of injuries. He later collapsed, was taken to the hospital and succumbed to his wounds 4 days later. Cop, Paul Kelly, stays on with the department even after they admitted he violated policy. The footage from 2 body cams and 2 dash cams is mysteriously missing.
