As climate change threatens California, officials seek ‘sustainable insurance’

As global warming threatens California with coastal flooding and contributes to ever more destructive wildfire seasons, the state’s insurance commissioner has announced a collaborative agreement with the United Nations to develop a “sustainable insurance road map.”
