Mayor of Nevada City in Northern California lashes out at face coverings rule

In a Facebook post Saturday, the mayor of a Northern California city lashed out at Gov. Gavin Newsom’s order requiring face coverings. Other places are saying they don’t have resources to enforce the ban.
