LAPD motorcycle officer hurt in Granada Hills crash

GRANADA HILLS — A Los Angeles Police Department motorcycle officer was injured in a crash with a vehicle in Granada Hills.
The crash occurred near the intersection of Balboa Boulevard and Westbury Drive, close to Knollwood Golf Course, about 8:35 p.m. Wednesday, the department said.
The officer was taken to a hospital with stable vital signs, but the nature of the officer’s injuries were not disclosed.
