Suspected Santa Cruz cop killer linked to fatal attack on Oakland officer, had links to extremist group, FBI says

A man suspected of killing a Santa Cruz County sheriff’s sergeant will also be charged, along with a Millbrae man, in the fatal shooting of a federal officer in Oakland.
