Foul play not suspected in hanging death of Black man in Victorville, Sheriff’s Department says

Malcolm Harsch, 38, was found hanging from a tree in Victorville on May 31. Authorities say foul play is not suspected in his death, but his family said they find it hard to accept his death was a suicide.
