Two Armed Suspects Arrested After Chase in Elysian Park

Two armed suspects were taken into custody Friday after a pursuit in Elysian Park.
The pursuit started at 5:04 p.m. and ended at 5:12 p.m., according to Officer Drake Madison of the Los Angeles Police Department.
The chase ended on the edge of Dodger Stadium’s parking lot, near North Boylston Street, ABC7 reported.
Police arrested two people and recovered a gun, Madison said.
It was unclear why police were chasing the people. One of the suspects, who appeared from video footage to be a man, looked to get winded and stopped running shortly before being taken into custody.
