Hacienda Heights Man, 36, Missing, Suffers From Schizophrenia

Authorities asked for the public’s help Saturday morning in locating a 36-year-old Hacienda Heights man who suffers from schizophrenia, has the mental capacity of a 7-year-old and was last seen almost a month ago.

Sujin Kim was last seen at his home in the 1700 block of Blazing Sun Drive on Dec. 20, 2019, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Kim is Asian, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a “Batman” T-shirt, the department said.

Anyone with information on Kim’s whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff’s Missing Persons Bureau at 323-890-5500.
