CHP Issues Amber Alert for 3-Year-Old Girl Taken in Garden Grove

An Amber Alert was issued by the California Highway Patrol after a 3-year-old girl was taken by her mother in Garden Grove Friday.

Josephine Lujan was last seen with her mother, Christina Lujan, at about 1:50 p.m., according to the Amber Alert.

Details were not available but police said Christina Lujan should be considered armed and dangerous.

Josephine Lujan is described as Hispanic, 3 feet, 3 inches tall, 45 pounds with brown hair and eyes, wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and black boots.

Christina Lujan, 39, was described as Hispanic, 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 135 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.

Lujan’s vehicle is a gold 2012 Ford Escape, California license plate number 6ZPF343.

Anyone who sees them should call 911, the CHP said.
