The Tick fire raced through Canyon Country near Santa Clarita burning at least 5,000 acres by Thursday evening, Oct. 24.
The blaze destroyed structures and prompted mandatory evacuations throughout the area. Smoke could be seen throughout the county as the wind-driven fire continues to spread.
Here’s a look at the wildfire both from the sky and ground from government agencies and residents.
