L.A. drops lawsuit over DWP billing errors. Now ratepayers could owe millions

L.A. City Attorney Mike Feuer’s office announces it will dismiss a lawsuit against PricewaterhouseCoopers over the 2013 billing debacle at the Department of Water and Power. Ratepayers could pay the price.
