A pedestrian was killed on an off-ramp from the Artesia (91) Freeway in Bellflower, authorities said Monday. The pedestrian was struck about 8 p.m. Sunday on the Clark Avenue off-ramp from the westbound Artesia Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
