Daughter sues L.A. over father’s death following LAPD takedown

The daughter of a man who died after being detained by two Los Angeles police officers in Van Nuys last year is now suing the city of L.A. in federal court, alleging her father was subjected to excessive force in violation of his constitutional rights.
