To curb sex trafficking, prosecutors forbid Pomona motel from renting rooms by the hour

The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office said a settlement with a motel in an area of Pomona beset with prostitution represents the first time county prosecutors have used consumer protection laws to target sex trafficking.
