A person was killed Saturday in a house fire in Moreno Valley.

Firefighters were dispatched at 2:40 a.m. to the 12300 block of Tuscola Street, the Riverside County Fire Department reported.

It was unclear if the victim died at the scene or at an area hospital.

No further information was immediately released.
