Deputies Ask For Help Finding Missing At-Risk Woman From Palmdale

A 20-year-old woman from Palmdale who suffers from depression went missing Monday.

Rebecca Gonzalez was last seen about 7:20 a.m. near her home in the 37900 block of Smoke Tree Street, near Opal Avenue, said Deputy Joana Warren of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Gonzalez is described by police as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 250 pounds with brown eyes and curly brown hair. She was wearing a blue or black hoodie and black tights when she was seen last, Warren said.

“Her family has not seen or heard from her,” Warren said. “They are very concerned and asking for the public’s help.”
