Man, 21, Suffering From Depression Goes Missing From Diamond Bar

Sheriff’s detectives continued their search Saturday for a 21-year-old man who went missing in Diamond Bar.
Matthew McCarty was last seen July 26 at his home in the 2900 block of Castle Rock Road, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau reported.
McCarty’s family said he left in his red four-door 2011 Chevrolet HHR headed to Northern California or Wyoming.
McCarty is Black. He stands 5-feet-11 inches tall, and weighs about 175 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair and glasses.
The license plate number for his vehicle is 6TJK828.
The sheriff’s Missing Person’s Unit urged anyone with information regarding McCarty’s whereabouts to call them at 323-890-5500 or 911. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
