LASD Searches for 29-Year-Old Man Missing from San Dimas Area

Authorities continued searching Saturday for a 29-year-old man who went missing in San Dimas.

Scott Allen Baertich was last seen about 7:30 a.m. Nov. 9 in the area of San Dimas Avenue and Foothill Boulevard, according to Deputy Armando Viera of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Baertich is white. He stands 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He has brown eyes, short brown hair, a goatee and a scar above his right eyebrow, Viera said.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts was asked to call the sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500 or 911. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS.
