by Contributing Editor

Authorities Thursday are seeking public help to identify at least four suspects of a gang-related shooting that killed a 34-year-old man in the unincorporated area of Willowbrook, near South Los Angeles.

Edward Gray was shot about 4:25 p.m. Oct. 22 while sitting in the driver’s seat of his vehicle in the 2200 block of East 121st Street, near South Avalon Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

At least four suspects shot into his vehicle then fled the scene in a white Tesla Model 3 and a dark-colored Dodge Charger, the department reported.

Anyone with information about the shooting was urged to call the sheriff’s Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500. Those wishing to report anonymously can call 800-222-TIPS.
