Authorities Seek Public Help to Solve Fatal Shooting in Pacoima

Police Friday sought public help to solve the killing of an 18-year-old man who was gunned down in Pacoima.

The San Fernando resident was shot in the upper body about 6:15 p.m. Thursday near the 13200 block of Del Sur Street and died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

No arrests were reported, and no suspect description was released.

Authorities withheld the victim’s name, pending notification of his relatives.
