Man, 35, with Schizophrenia Missing from Hyde Park Area

Detectives continued their search Saturday for a 35-year-old man with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder who went missing in the Hyde Park area of South Los Angeles, and authorities are seeking public help to find him.
David Rey Castillo was last seen June 24 about 6 p.m. near South Crenshaw Boulevard and West 52nd Street, according to Deputy James Nagao of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
He is described as Hispanic. He stands 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds. He has hazel eyes, short brown hair and a mole above his lip.
Anyone with information about Castillo’s whereabouts was encouraged to call the sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500 or 911. Tipsters can call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS.
