COVID-19 Cases Reach 110 LAPD Employees, 28 for LAFD

The number of Los Angeles Police Department employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 has risen to 110, while the Los Angeles Fire Department is reporting 28 cases, officials said Friday.
Of the 110 cases in the police department, 52 employees have recovered and returned to work and one is hospitalized, according to Jessica Kellogg, public information officer for the city Emergency Operations Center.
Kellogg also reported that 23 LAFD employees have recovered and returned to work, and none are hospitalized.
