Man Shot in Head in Santa Ana

A male victim was shot in the head in Santa Ana, authorities said Monday.

It happened just after 11 p.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of West Hall Avenue, said Santa Ana police Commander Andrew Alvarez.

The victim was rushed to a hospital for treatment, Alvarez said. He had stable vital signs.

No suspect information was available.
