Redondo Beach Police Searching For Missing Woman, 80

Police asked for public help to find an 80-year-old woman suffering from dementia who went missing Friday in Redondo Beach.

Kay Ford was last seen about 10 a.m. at 514 N. Prospect Ave., according to Redondo Beach police.

Ford is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds, with dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeved shirt, dark-colored pants and was carrying a large dark-colored purse.

Anyone who knows her whereabouts was asked to call police at 310-379-5411 or 911. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS.
