San Diego man arrested on suspicion of driving to Rancho Cucamonga to have sex with 13-year-old boy

A man was arrested Tuesday after authorities said he drove from San Diego to Rancho Cucamonga to engage in sexual acts with a boy.

Justin Juda Moshe, 25, of San Diego, exchanged sexually explicit messages and photos with a 13-year-old boy from Rancho Cucamonga over several social media platforms, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. Detectives learned about this correspondence after the boy’s parents told the Sheriff’s Department about it on Saturday.

“During the communication, the victim told Moshe his true age,” authorities said. “However, Moshe continued to have sexually explicit conversations with the victim, which included sending the victim sexually explicit photos.”

Officials said detectives posed as the victim on Tuesday and continued conversation with Moshe, who agreed to drive 110 miles to Rancho Cucamonga to meet the boy for sex.

Moshe arrived at an agreed upon location, and was arrested on suspicion of meeting with a minor for sexual acts, communicating with a minor for lewd acts and sending lewd pictures to a minor.

He was booked into the West Valley Detention Center on Tuesday night and later released on bail.

The Sheriff’s Department said it believes that Moshe has met with and/or communicated with other children in an attempt to engage in sexual acts.

“Moshe is known to frequent the cities of Rancho Cucamonga, San Diego and Sherman Oaks,” authorities said.
