Hospital Seeks Identity of Man Found in Maywood

by Contributing Editor

Officials at Adventist Health once again asked for the public’s help Friday to identify a 40- to 50-year-old man who was found in Maywood and brought to a hospital in Los Angeles last week.

Vernon police found the man on Wednesday at the intersection of District and Atlantic boulevards and took him to the Adventist Health White Memorial/Los Angeles Hospital emergency room about 12:30 p.m. that day, according to Adventist Health spokeswoman Alicia Gonzalez.

“He is conscious, but cannot identify himself,” she said.

The patient is Hispanic, 5-feet-7 and 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair with specks of gray.

Anyone who recognizes the man or has information that could help officials identify him was urged to call the hospital at 323-268-5000.
