California Senate disrupted by vaccine bill protester who threw red liquid onto lawmakers

Opponents of a vaccine bill to place new restrictions on medical exemptions for children interrupted the California state Senate floor session and dumped red liquid on unsuspecting lawmakers from the balcony of the chamber.
