Cervical injury. This 16yo kid got hel down and suffocated by 6 cops. He’s obviously unconscious when the police asked him to stand up. Dragged for at least 5m while being unconscious (2:47) and delayed medics. Hands were denied of un-coughing for 10 more minutes. Now he’s in a deep coma. GCS 3/15.
