Justice accused of sexual harassment blames ‘whisper campaign’

The Commission on Judicial Performance opened a hearing Monday into charges that Court of Appeal Justice Jeffrey Johnson sexually harassed another justice, court staff and state security officers and appeared in public intoxicated.
