The woman, who was from Canoga Park, was in the road when she was struck and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Her name was not immediately released.
Authorities are looking for a light-colored vehicle, possibly a tan or silver Chevrolet Tahoe, which was last seen traveling west on Roscoe Boulevard.
